Return policy

We hope and want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. But if you change your mind for any reason,
we'll accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase togheter with original proof of purchase.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unalterned, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Shoes
---------------------------

Please try the shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.

The shoes must also be returned with the shoe box in original condition.

How do I return an item?

If you receive your online purchase you will get an return paper. It also provide you with the address to send your return to.

Please if there is no return paper, email us at mylittlebutterfly.shop@gmail.com.

For a refund, your return must be in original condition with ther tags attached.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. My Little Butterfly is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once we received the return we will refund or credit note for the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but pelase allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
